What I need to know is can the hypopneas cause a person to suffer extreme fatigue in the same way that apneas can,or is my fatigue due to the lack of stage 3/4 sleep.I felt I did not sleep well during my second study and may actually be getting stage 3/4 sleep when I sleep at home. If hypopneas can cause extreme fatigue to devlope,I should use my cpap.If not,I should not bother with it at all.
