Has anyone tried ClarocetNRI?

There is a new "supplement" on the market that (if you believe market hype) improves sleep quality. It evidently balances neurotransmitters (Serotonin and norepinephrine). It claims to be all natural. Is anyone familiar with this product or has tried it?
