Breath through mouth??

Posted by realdeal on January 07, 2004 at 11:04:10:

I have been diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea. I am a mouth breather so I was given a cpap with a full face mask.
My question, (which I should have asked the doctor) is, am I supposed to still breath through my mouth or am I to try and breath through my nose?

I hope this isn't too silly of a question. Thanks for your help.
