I've known I had apnea since 1997. I should have been thin by now, you would think! I'm doing Atkins right now, and I've lost about 13 pounds since December. I have wasted way too much time with this, and am very serious about reaching my goal this time! :^)I can't wait to see what the sleep study says down the road. I am prepared to be on CPAP the rest of my life though if the results aren't what I expect...
