xPAP machines require a prescription. "Accessories" including masks DO NOT. You can't do much with a mask and no machine. :-)

Just keep in mind that you will NOT get support or information buying through on-line auctions or ability to return anything.

Of course I can say THAT about my local "official" storefront DME supplier also....

Also be aware that some on-line auction sales could be of old stock and out of date versions of equipment....oh yah, I can say THAT about my local DME also.....
