Always tired how long have you been on CPAP? I use to take my mask off in my sleep all the time. I have been on CPAP for a year now and I use the Mirage mask. It seems I do not take the mask off during sleep anymore. Occasionally I may take it off but very seldom. I think you may just need some time to adjust to wearing a mask while you sleep, especially if you are a newbie.
