Sorry about my pryer post! 2yr old grandson submitted it for me. Anyway, I used the vista. I was ok but I had alot of leaks(I sleep on my side and stomach)and it left marks on my face that were there all day! I would adjust my head while sleeping to keep it from leaking and had terrible neck pain. I switched to the Simplicity and I find it very comfortable. I have no problems with leaks and don't have mask face anymore. It is very soft and flexible. The only thing I don't like about it is it isn't as easy on and easy off as the vista. It also fits just over the nose which, for me, is alot more comfy. Good luck in finding a mask that works for you.
