I was recently diagnosed also...after asking my Dr. if I could possibly have it. I do not fit the stereotype either, and rarely snore, but...I knew there was SOMETHING wrong with me! I recently moved to VA also, from the west coast. You don't happen to be in the southwestern part of the state, do you? I know there is an AWAKE meeting in Harrisonburg later this month. If you are near there or willing to drive. Do lots of reading here on the internet, and maybe a book or two also. You will develope a good list of questions that way.
