I tried the full face mask, and it leaked way too much. I went back to my Ultra Mirage with an ace bandage around my head and over my lips, and the mouth breathing problem was solved :^) I also had UPPP and it failed, so surgery isn't always the answer...You might try the pillows with an ace bandage. I fit it snugly, then mark it and sew. It was a simple answer for me..best wishes for a solution for you...
