I didn't make myself clear. I haven't had real treatment until recently. I couldn't handle CPAP so for the longest I haven't done anything. I had surgery (it didn't cure it) and I just recently started on BIPAP and am able to handle it. My treatment has only just begun. I wish I could edit my original post.
