I didn't make myself clear that I haven't really started treatment until very recently. I did the CPAP thing for a very short time, had surgery to no avail, and now I'm finally using using something I can tolerate, (BIPAP). I am seriously hoping that with treatment for the Apnea, eating better and exercising I will lose fairly well. I just started Adkins yesterday myself!
