I couldn’t find that posting, so I’ll just reiterate what I said before. I feel like I’m being repetitious, but that will just have to be

Make rules for how to engage and disengage CPAP. Hopefully, this will provide the discipline that you need to stay compliant.

• In the Evening:
o Power up machine first and attach all hoses and connectors.
o Attach mask while sitting up (or standing-up).
o Lie Down.
• In the Morning.
o Sit up (or stand up) first.
o Remove mask while seated or standing.
o Turn off machine only after mask is removed.
• For Potty trips.
o Sit up (or stand up).
o Disengage (or remove) mask. Many masks have a quick disengage for short toilet trips. You can visit the potty without having to remove the mask from your face and place it on again. This is preferable for most, though some might insist on removing the mask.
