7 WK old VPAP III making noise

My almost new VPAP III is making a humming noise that is constant. It gets louder as I breath. My pressures are 15/9 and it is so loud when I inhale that it woke me up Sat night and I couldn't go back to sleep or use it last night either. It won't be until Wed before they can switch it out with another one. Sure miss it only after a night and a half........

Has anybody else had this problem with their's? The DME says this is a first for him. And like I said, the machine is new, it is only 7 weeks old.
