Prior to CPAP usage, I always slept on my side. The funny thing was that I slept most of the night on my back during initial titration. The tech said that since that was the way I slept, that's what he titrated for. Since then I find the pressure uncomfortable in any other position. I do seem to be able to lay on my side the my Ultra Mirage, though.
