I sleep on my side every night without a problem. It took awhile to get used to the position but now it is normal for over two years. I use the Mirage Series 2 full face mask and a pillow designed for side sleepers from Bed Bath and Beyond. The pillow has more foam on the sides than in the center and I only use one pillow(My doctor suggested using only one pillow when I started to complain of neck pain).
