It should be easy to get expert testimony on the effect of altitude on SDB.
The problem may be that the lower oxygen at such altitude is likely causing moserat osa to be more severe because of the O2 levels.
Get transferred to a sea level place and you will likely be better.
Don't be surprised if local lawyers or docs will know all that much about OSA and other Sleep disorders. Expect less of the military docs.
Get invloved immediately and aggressively. D H is right on this one.
