Puritan Bennet Hoses

Posted by Colin on February 24, 2004 at 13:46:26:

I'm having condensation problems with my hose in the pressure line. Unlike many cpaps the PBs measure pressure at the mask. To accomplish this they have a seperate pressure hose that runs inside the air hose. I have tried every trick in the book to stop rainout but still get some and it occasionally gets in the pressure line. The problem is that sometimes the moisture backs up into the pressure hose. Last nite I notice some fuzzy mold in the pressure hose. I dry the air flow portion of the hose daily but can't figure out how to do the pressure line. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you stop it.
