You have a problem, but it's a "happy problem!" Back before CPAP the idea of not be able to sleep - such as it was - was probably 100% alien to you (as it was to me). However, a happy problem is still a problem. Try taking an afternoon nap (with your CPAP, of course), at lease on weekends.
