I couldn't let that one go by me! LOL! I disagree with the above statement. I have read a lot of posts on this and other boards, from people who don't snore. I am certainly one who doesn't snore (at least when not pregnant), I am also not overweight and have NOT had surgery. I DO have sleep apnea.
I would have sworn I did not wake up during the night more than once, usuallt not even that. I did suffer quite a bit from fatigue, irritability, and depression. All of these symptoms are "in retreat" now that I am using my autopap! Yea!
So, please get yourself to a sleep specialist as soon as you can! Good Luck!
