You can set the 420E to CPAP mode and it'll be a normal CPAP.

I agree that it seemed I should bump the max pressure up. I did that two nights ago to 12 cm. I haven't downloaded the data yet to see what happened.

So, I'm wondering now if acoustical vibrations is snoring or not and why the pressure should be adjusted up just for that?
