Did you have a sleep study before? Do you remember the results of that?

Have you lost weight or has something else changed? For example, do you have seasonal allergies?

My sleep quality has also been degrading and I've considered trying without the cpap because of it. I feel worse than I've ever felt and certainly worse than before cpap. I never had a problem with daytime sleepiness or tiredness until I went on cpap. The only problem I had was other people complaining about my snoring.

However, my sleep study showed severe OSA with events in the 80's and my oxygen saturation dropping as low as 87%, so I took the diagnosis seriously. I've gained weight since being on cpap, though.

Hope yours is gone. It's not a fun condition to have.
