Thank you, Alendra. It's so good to know that's normal. I can tell already after only 3 weeks on cpap that it's a miracle machine. I slept well again last night. Pre-cpap I had mostly bad nights, and dragged through my days. Now most days are wonderful with the very occasional poor night's sleep. I do have a huge sleep debt. My poor sleep went on for decades! I am so grateful to feel GOOD in the morning!!!
