shlape, it would be good to know more of the details of your sleep study(s). I have mild apnea and moderate/severe UARS. Using aPAP ALL the time ALL night treats the apnea, but I feel no (zero) better for using PAP. It does not treat UARS in my case. It could well be you are having multiple issues. You could have restless leg syndrome or upper airway issues that are not being treated by PAP. You need to look at your sleep study results if you haven't already. Good Luck.
