Mask like to nasal oxygen delivery

I have been told that there is a mask that is similar to the kind that patients wear to receive oxygen...tubing that goes over the ears and into the nose.

I have a Breeze with nasal pillows now but would be interested to know if anyone has tried this alternative and how it works. I'd love to get rid of the headgear
