I bought a big refill container of Ivory liquid hand soap and that gives some good suds without using much-- I like the way it's working for me. Not sure if it's the best thing out there since I'm new to this too, but it's working for me. I just fill the bathroom sink and wash the mask and water chamber first, then put the hoses in-- hold up both ends, using the water chamber, I dump soapy water in both ends until full, swish back and force a bit (keeping the ends up) and dump-- rinse same way. Works ok, but the hoses are a bit of a hassle-- never thought of taking them into the shower-- but that sounds like a hassle too. Not sure-- is it necessary to actually scrub with a brush? I wouldn't think so. Oh.. once in awhile I put some vinegar and water in the water chamber and let it sit a few minutes to keep mineral build up at bay.
