Hang in there. I've been on for a little over 2 months and still on a quest for a better mask. It does seem like that is a major part of getting it all to work. I too expected this huge miracle to occur and it was more gradual for me. I was determined to stick with it, and I gradually started to notice more and more of a difference. I do not sleep through the night but awaken pretty much every 2 or 3 hours, but then go back to sleep easily until I wake again in another 2 -3. I envy the people who say they sleep through the night. Sigh...... but I do feel more rested and awake during the day then I used to. No more foggy head, heavy eyes, headache, etc. etc.

My first mask was the Ultra Mirage which I had trouble with leakage. Tried several more including The Breeze-- like you said, there are so many positives said about it. I tried it for 2 partial nights and could not stick with it, it bothered my nose too much-- went back to the Mirage middle of the night both nights-- guess it may not be for me. I also tried the Comfort Select and found that although the seal was good finally for me, I couldn't stand the noise the plastic of the mask made-- it creaked every time I turned over-- especially the headpiece. It just seems to be a cheaper quality than the Ultra Mirage-- no creaking with that-- better quality-- you might want to try that one. I have been having better success with the Mirage lately and think I may be just getting better at adjusting it to lessen the leakage.

Again, hang in there-- I think you'll get this on track and will be glad you didn't give up. You'll feel better soon. Keep the quest going for a mask you like-- that's what I'm doing.
