The rubber end of my hose (the end that fits on the water chamber) fits right over the end of my kitchen faucet. I put a little vinegar in the hose, fill it with water, remove it from the faucet and slosh it around. Then I attach it to the faucet again and rinse. I do this once a month or so.

I dry the water chamber every morning and let some vinegar/water soak in it every couple of weeks.

I wash my nasal pillows with antibacterial soap every morning just to keep the oil under control.
