Hi Jim-

I am in the same boat as you. I started my cpap therapy a week ago and have also been feeling exhausted throughout the day. I slept one night without cpap because I was ready to throw the Breeze across the room and when I woke up I felt "normal", but I could see it was groggier than with cpap.

I'm finding that although I have this heavy exhausted feeling, I'm not napping and can stay awake for t.v. or reading in the evening and I'm more productive. I think I'm feeling less tired today and yesterday, which is a good thing.

I too read rave reviews of the Breeze, but I'm not sure that it's for me. I'm a small female and it feels like a lot of heavy plastic on my head that yanks on my nose. I just don't think it fits me well. I'm going to try Nasalaire, which was my first instinct when I saw the masks and after doing a search of previous forums seems to work well for a lot of people. I'm also switching to a heated humidifier.

Good luck!
