I'm with AIA. I used to clean mask and hose daily, then weekly, then monthly. While I do wash the nasal pillows on my Breeze every day or two, I basically make sure my air filter is clean and still do the other stuff every six to eight weeks, more out of superstition than anything else. Have no more colds or other infections in the last year than in previous years - which is not many in any case.
