Dreaming is good but nightmares are bad. If the bad dreams were of drowning, a near death experience, or flight from a dangerous situation, you may be having trouble with the CPAP and/or interface and that bad dream is your body's attempt to wake you.

There is an adjustment period for CPAP usage though. Give it a few nights trial before you consult your doctor.
