I also use a RemStar Pro, but at a pressure of 13. I did notice the spooling up and down when breathing with the profile lite mask, but since switching to the comfort select it stays pretty steady (spooled up). I believe it is caused by the change in flow rate while maintaining the set pressure. It has never bothered me, and my wife didn't even notice until I pointed it out to her.
