Posted by Bonnie on April 16, 2004 at 11:09:10:I am new to this post. I just got back from doing a sleep test for sleep apnea and the clinic ad said my heart pain was due from adrenaline. I want to know if anybody else gets a strong adrenaline heart squeeze during dreaming. It is usually during a nightmare and forces me to wake up and just lay there until my heart rate goes down. (happens several times a week.) Is this dangerous? I know my husband says I hold my breathe during sleep a lot, not to mention the snoring. I am alway tired during the day even through I /ve had 12 hours of sleep. Just wondering if anybody else has this heart pain.
