I always recommend using the National Library of Medicine webiste at:
http://gateway.nlm.nih.gov/gw/Cmd

There's a nice help file that explains how to enter search terms, etc.

A quick search of "sleep apnea" and infertility showed a few hits. Most of the data was secondary to sleep apnea, usually because of obesity or polycystic ovary disease. What we've found clinically is that in women with moderate to severe sleep apnea have alterations in many many hormone and neurotransmitter levels. OSA affects both the follicular phase and luteal phase of the monthly cycle. It also affects the cortisol/FFA cycle.
