Well, it is getting better. I am feeling better in the morning and have switched to the Breeze nasal pillows. I'll need to switch back to the mask for a while to let my nostrils take a rest... I'm using Ayr and neosporin to beat back the irritation. The noise of the machine isn't bothering me very much, but the Comfort Select's exhalation port is very noisy. I'm going to see if I can switch to the Ultra Mirage, since that's supposed to be a pretty quiet mask...

I still find it strange that I wake up within two hours of going to sleep feeling like I have been in bed FOREVER and can't believe the clock only says 1:30... I don't think I'm hitting deep sleep like I should yet.

No miracles so far, but I'm pressing on! Thanks for your words of encouragement.
