I am not even remotely overweight and don't have the symptoms of POD, but my doctor did find that I had low progesterone levels. My sleep doc said getting on cpap and getting my oxygen levels back up and seeing what happens is the only way to tell if OSA is the culprit. I guess she's right but at 38 my clock is tick tick ticking.
