It takes time for this to make a noticable difference, but once it does!!!

My best friend told me I'm perkier than I used to be. Other than the word choice, that was a nice thing to hear.

I've also noticed that I am more awake when I wake up, even if it's been a shorter night than usual. I sometimes have to cut my machine usage short if too much air gets into my gut, but even with that happening, it's making a difference.
