I'm on the more casual end of the cleaning scale, except for the filter. I do try to remember to clean that regularly.

The mask I wash with our regular hand soap, happens to be antibacterial at the moment, but that may change depending on sales...

If I were to wash out the hoses, I hang them to dry over the tub. The water chamber only has distilled water put into it. Even so, I will wash it out every few weeks, rinse with alcohol, then again with fresh water. If I were to notice any mineral build up 1)I'd pitch a fit with the distilled water manufacturer, 2)I'd use vinegar.
