Your stats sound nearly identical to mine (except I didn't have much in the way of Central Apnea). I'm at a week and a half and seem to only be starting to see a difference. My wife hated my snoring, but hasn't been too wild about the CPAP setup either, noise-wise. We'll see how it shakes out. Good Luck!
