Thank you for your response on heart pain during a nightmare. It makes sense. I was searching on the interent and there is a condition called supine tachycardia, but I think you are right. It does always seem to happen when I sleep on my back and usually comes with a horrible dream where I have to fly away to avoid being killed. Same *&*&* dream. Maybe I need a psychologist. Thanks again. Bonnie
