You're welcome, but I don't think you need a psychologist. As D.H. says above, this isn't being caused by the dreams.

The dreams are a symptom of the OSA, if that's what's going on, just as much as the tachycardia.

If the cause of the tachycardia is something else, the dreams are still a symptom of that, not a cause.
