CPAP like my head out the window

Posted by mikeintheairforce on June 02, 2004 at 10:52:23:

I am going in tonight for a sleep study with the CPAP. I had one before, 1/2 the nite without CPAP and then they woke me up in the middle of night to put on the CPAP and I felt like I was drowning in air. I want to use the CPAP because I am tired of feeling like this. Any suggestions on using the CPAP for the first time so I don't feel like I have my head out the window on the freeway? Thanks.
