Thank you. I really want this to work so I am going to try really hard to breathe normally and give it a chance. I know the sleep center where I am going does not have a APAP or BiPAP so I will have to deal with the APAP for tonight anyway. Thanks to everyone on this site that has posted. I did not realise that most, if not all of my problems (tired, high B/P, night sweats) could be related to OSA until I looked on this site.
