Actually, that was exactly the simile my sleep doc used. He said that Cpap at 15 cm of pressure was like sticking your head out the window when you're going 50 miles an hour (or something like that, I may have the exact figure wrong.

You might weant to explore Bi Pap instead of Cpap, or have em adjust your machine so that there is a long settling time
