One possible cause of mouth breathing, especially if you did not do dduring titration, os a bad setting. That is either your machine is not putting out the prescribed setting, or the prescribed setting needs to be reevaluated.

If that doesn't pan out, you might want to consider a full face mask. It's not really "full face" it just covers your nose and mouth. It wont keep you mouth shut either, but your mouth will be inside the seal, and thus not an escape route.
