When I first went on CPAP I was set at 15. A test a year later dropped it to 11.

I bought my own Auto about nine months ago and find that 90% of my events are now at 8.

I do find that I am apparently stress sensitive. When preparing for overseas trips (work related), presentations, other major work events - my pressure requirements go up considerably. Recently for one work event I had about 20 minutes at 14. I suspect that the sleep test itself was a stressful event for me, that caused elevated pressure requirements that were not typical.

I set my machine to range from 7 to 14. It is a rather a wide range, but that is the benefit of having an autopap.
