Provigil & the Heart

there was a separate thread last week on the efficacy of Provigil, but I am curious about is effects on the heart

I know caffeine is a stimulant that can have a negative effect on the heart. What about provigil? Does it also impact the heart negatively?

Since we have apnea, I suspect many of us need to be aware of cardiac issues.

I have one cup of coffee in the morning, but that's it -- any more than that, and I can really feel my heart racing.
