The search for answers to your problem should start with downloading any data from you Bi-Pap machine. Most of the higer end models record parameters such as Apnea and Hypopnea Index and leak rate of your mask. If you do not have the s/w and or cable to accomplish this, ask your service provider to do it.

Perhaps your mask is leaking excessively and you don't realize it?

If you AHI is somewhere below 3.0 and the leak rate is ok, I would not look to the machine or it's set pressure as being the cause of any problems. Rather, it is certainly helping you.

Have you gained weight or had any other medical changes since your first sleep study? What other medications are you on?

If you cannot find any easy answers, I would look to good health habits as being a factor. Are you eating right? Are you consuming too much caffine? Do you get regular exercise during the day? Are you under stress?
