Luna-- I have used both the Adams Circuit and the Breeze. I found the Adams Circuit to be fairly uncomfortable, and I could not tolerate it very well. However,I was using the headgear that came with it, and my Adams Circuit setup was the basic "system", i.e. a cheapo, did not have the swival adjustment for the plastic holder for the nasal pillows. (You always have to watch your equipment provider.) I understand from these forums that there is a special custom made headgear for the Adams Circuit that is much better. I don't know if that would have solved my problem with the Adams-- I did not get the special headgear. After trying a few masks, I got the Breeze and I am very happy with it. It is very comfortable, I can move around easily with it on and it is not too intrusive. No leaks and no sore eyes in the morning. I can also talk with it on and watch TV. I don't have any plans to change to any other now, but I do understand that there is a new nasal pillow delivery system developed and sold by another manufacturer. I don't know the name of it, or the manufacturer, and have not heard any reports about how others like the new one. Good luck in getting everything in sync!
