Bring a copy of these records to a sleep doctor. (S)he'll proably want to give you a new test, if only because of the amount of time that has elapsed. Let him (or her) explain the first test to you. Sometimes an old test can be enough evidence that you have OSA, and they can titrate you immeidately (waiving the baseline test).
