I actually have been on a lot of nasal sprays in the past, cos I have chronic nasal congestion -- I was on Flonase for a while, but then learned it was not a good idea to be on that stuff long-term. I've also been on the commercial sprays, but those, as you know, have a terrible rebound effect.

I have thought about septoplasty, but cant quite get myself to get over the hump and do it

So what kind of doc do I see about trying prednisone? My sleep doc, I guess, huh?
